Shooting is a precision sport in which competitors use firearms or air guns to hit stationary or moving targets. Success depends on accuracy, concentration, control, and consistency.

Key Features

  • Players : Individual competitors or teams.
  • Equipment : Air rifles, air pistols, rifles, shotguns, targets, and safety gear.
  • Objective : Score the highest points by hitting targets as accurately as possible.
  • Events : Rifle, pistol, and shotgun competitions.

Basic Rules

  1. 1Competitors fire a specified number of shots at targets.
  2. 2Points are awarded based on how close each shot is to the center of the target.
  3. 3The athlete with the highest score wins.
  4. 4Strict safety rules must be followed at all times.
  5. 5Different events have different distances, target types, and time limits.
